On September 13, 2023, Rosalyn Cotton, Chair of the Nebraska Board of Parole, sponsored a team to represent Nebraska Parole at the 27th Annual UNO School of Criminology and Criminal Justice (SCCJ) Golf Scramble. The Scramble was held at Eagle Hills Golf Course in Papillion, Nebraska. Those representing Nebraska Parole were Specialized Parole Officers Oscar Lopez and Sarah Krohn. This was an all-day event which included 18 holes of golf, lunch, and dinner. It also provided an excellent opportunity to network with providers and other Criminal Justice associates.
This annual fundraiser benefits SCCJ’s student scholarship program. Thank you to Ms. Cotton for sponsoring Nebraska Parole’s participation in this event. Officers Lopez and Krohn were honored to represent Parole in the Scramble which annually supports such a great cause.
